Martine serves as People & Culture Coordinator at Generosity Path, working with Lucy McDonald to support the sustainable growth of the global GP team through the development and delivery of HR tools, policies, systems and processes.

 

Martine is an Australian with a heart to get to know people and be part of God's work of change and restoration around the world. She has had a diversity of work experiences, including as a lawyer in Melbourne, a Legal Fellow with International Justice Mission in India, 10 years with Tearfund Australia overseeing partnerships in India and with Australian churches and financial supporters, and as a Ministry Trainee in her local church in Melbourne.

 

Martine is married to Andy and has 3 primary-aged daughters that keep her on her toes! She loves flowers, baking, exploring, hearing peoples' stories and worshipping our awesome God.
